DailyPay is a terrible service only set out to steal your funds. The customer service is purposely horrible to deter you from attempting to get your money back.
I called customer service and was transferred so many times the phone call had been going for over an hour before anyone finally attempted to solve the problem. I had to contact the BBB and file a complaint here for them to finally return my funds.
It’s disgusting. The company should be shut down.
I disputed a charge on 2/17/24. I explained in great detail that the charge was being disputed because I never received the items I paid for; therefore, the charge is now considered fraudulent and a scam.
I am entitled to compensation. I explained to DailyPay that the company the funds were paid to have not responded to any of my attempts at reimbursement, which led to me disputing the charge. I do not understand why my dispute was denied. DailyPay claimed since they made no error, there was no need to approve my dispute.
I have evidence that I never received the item and am legally entitled to the funds being placed back on my card. DailyPay prolonged this incorrect decision for 2 months. I would like my funds redistributed immediately, as this is theft. Daily Pay also changes my direct deposit back to their account AFTER I change my direct deposit to a checking account at an FDIC bank.
I never authorized this.
I spoke with someone on the phone and they said it wouldnt happen again, but they continued to do it. Daily Pay and Friday by Daily Pay are dishonest services looking to steal your money.

Wrong information on my account
I received a new pay card from my employer. The routing # wasn't changed but my account # was.
Now daily pay is saying I was overpaid & they are freezing my daily pay & taking my $ because they had the wrong account #.
I changed the account # to the correct one. I want my daily pay unfrozen & no $ should be taken from my pay check

I've been trying to access my Daily Pay account for the last week. I've spoken to several supervisors and support teams for Daily Pay.
I'm getting the run around; no one has any information.
Somehow, every time I speak to someone, they tell me to wait another 24 hours. It's been weeks; this is the worst service anyone has had.

- Theft fraud and the company is ran out of usa
Preferred solution: Competent customer service speak English competent supervisors contact information for these so-called specialist that DailyPay contact information for the DailyPay specialist.

Dear DailyPay Customer Service,
I am writing to dispute the charges related to my payroll. According to my records, my total earnings after taxes and deductions for the specified pay period were $1190.98.
However, only $965.11 was deposited into my checking account by DailyPay.
I understand that DailyPay charges a fee of $3.49 each time I make a transfer. However, I have noticed additional fees on top of this. For example, if my available balance is $74.05, DailyPay should deposit the full amount (not minus their $3.49 fee, which i only got $70.46 deposited into my account).
Instead, they are claiming that my remaining direct deposit is $190.97, which is incorrect. It should be $225.87 after accounting for the fees I've already paid.
Furthermore, an additional $34.90 was deducted from my remaining balance, even though I had already paid the withdrawal fees.
It appears that DailyPay is charging fees on top of more fees, resulting in an unfair reduction of my earnings.
I kindly request that you review my account and rectify the discrepancies. Please adjust my remaining direct deposit to reflect the correct amount of $225.87. Additionally, I urge you to reconsider the additional fees deducted from my balance.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a resolution. If necessary, I am prepared to escalate this dispute further.
Over 41 pay periods, they have taken an additional $700.99 in fees that I already paid.
What a shame that they are stealing money from customers that are keeping them in business by using their service. I will no longer use this and will be filing a lawsuit soon.

It's not helpful at all. I forgot my information and they want more proof after I gave it to them.
I forgot my password.
I have not used it in over a year. So, I want to delete my account and I'll have my employer set a new one.
- Great to use but to get any help it is crazy
- If you forget your information after a year they will not help help

I’mi still can’t get signed up for daily pay if won’t let me so I will give up on it
I still cant get on the daily pay I talked to somebody a couple days ago to help me set up the daily pay but it still not working for me

I worked at Arby's in Kansas a few years ago but I can't remember my login stuff phone number or nothing I used then to access my dailypay now I work at Arby's in ponca city ok and can't access my daily pay by phone number email or employee id.
- Helps with gas and stuff till pay day
Trying to access my account but my phone is shut off. i have the money in my account but cant access it
i love daily pay. but if something happens like your phone gets shut off you cant get into daily pay.
they need to have some more for verification.
like email and maybe a back up number. there should be other ways to be verified.

I broke my phone. The replacement has a new number.
There's no way to verify it's me, because you only have the old phone number to send the verification code. Why can't I have it sent to my email?
Preferred solution: Just to be able to log into Daily pay!!!

You need to assist more better with the issue we having I need my money in I have to wait up to 72 hours to get assisted
