I tried setting up my service with them months ago, and they couldn't verify my identity even when I took a photo of my ID. I broke my phone and have had to spend 200+ dollars getting a new phone and all my data transferred.
I now today try to log in, but it won't let me without my old number even when I'm logged into my email. As a person with borderline personality disorder this has caused me way too much difficulty. As I had to try and change my number on my phone while logged into daily pay, but it wouldn't update no matter how many times I tried. I then had to talk to the online chat which they told me they couldn't help me because they can't change the number through email or chat, you have to do it on the phone.
How does this company expect me to do that if I don't have someone right next to me doing it with me. Then I call them using my GFS phone, and they tell me I need my employ number to get my identity, but I don't have that readily available. I tried finding it on my pay stubs online couldn't find it then the person told me to contact my hr.
its Tuesday I have rent due today, and I'm off work while my GF is at work I don't have anyone to help me for an hour to fix this stupid *** so you can verify my identity does my i'd mean nothing does my credit card mean nothing. Why is it all there these *** hoops just to change your phone number

I just received an automatic PC response from some Safety Team specialist. Still not resolution or legitimate explanation just another story from the other 20 I’ve been told. This company is a JOKE LOL
As of 2/4/2025- Issue is STILL NOT SOLVED. I get the run around from various reps and they all still refuse to provide corporate contact information or even connect to IT. I now have an uneasy feeling about this company
I am getting the run-around and am sick of it. I have been reaching out to Dailypay for over a month regarding my daily rate percentage.
I was on short term disability from 12/04/2024 to 12/26/2024. During this time, I was not using Dailypay. My account was deactivated and reactivated around 12/28-12/30/2024. At this time, my rate for daily available funds went down from roughly 55-59% to a measly 15%.
I have been told over and over again that there is nothing that can be done above and that the system will correct itself in 2-3 pay periods. Here it is, three pay periods later, and this issue has not corrected itself. My employment has not changed as I am still working full time, working 40+ hours a week, and making the same hourly rate. Every time I reach out I get the same automated response and when I call I get directed to a call center clearly out of the country, with a bunch of noise in the background.
I get the same response about how the daily rate is calculated; no one has been able to put me in touch with corporate or an IT specialist regarding this matter. This is a complete nightmare; I rely on Dailypay to help pay bills in advance and now I've gone from being able to access $95+ a day to $23 or less, and no one seems to give a damn. I want this resolved ASAP. I will continue reaching out until this is resolved to my satisfaction and I will continue to blast this company until then.
I will also keep searching until I find a corporate number and IT information. Shame on Dailypay!

This is actually an update to the review I turned in about a week ago. After reporting that I had to wait forever for daily pay to reply to chat with and agent ( a very rude agent) because my hours and my pay was not adding up.
They say they offer 25% of my daily pay and the remainder at end of week on payday. But I wasn't offered hardly anything last week and got $30 at end of week. And my employer turned in 8 hours sick pay I have not gotten either. And I know it was turned in I seen it on her computer and the 8 hours is gone off the websight.
They can't explain where that is either. They are the rudest agents I've ever experienced! So daily pay replied to my last review telling me to contact them. I clearly stated that I had done that.
One agent even disconnected our chat because he was caught in a bold face lie. I'm not going to contact them again but everybody in the world will hear how my coworker and I got cheated by daily pay

I always have questions about why I don't have any money. I make maybe one or two transfers a week, and on the days I'm supposed to get paid, there is no money being transferred from daily pay into my bank account.
Why? It's not like I'm transferring it all because it's not an option. However, they do allow you to withdraw from your next paycheck before you have even been paid for the paycheck that is now due to be sent to the bank. So, you enter into that pay period with money already withdrawn from the check you have not finished earning.
They keep you confused. I guess it's easier for them to steal your money.

I resigned from one company, which resulted in an overpayment. Once I started the new company, I still had the overpayment.
I'm not available to retrieve my new funds because I have this overpayment. I have requested a supervisor, which took a day, and then I was emailed about the issue and was told that the problem would be escalated the very next day. The next day, no response; I've sent multiple emails for a status. This is so frustrating that I'm getting the runaround over my own money.
I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the BBB and I'm not stopping there!
These people must be stopped - incompetent lying, non-honorable supervisors who don't honor their own word and what they tell customers. This is ridiculous.

Verified ReviewerThey deposited my paycheck to the wrong account.
When I started Daily Pay, I was able to deposit my money to my debit card associated with my bank account. Then, there was always an error with sending so I started depositing my daily pay to a relative's account I had a debit card in my name for.
My paycheck today did not show up in my account. I called Daily Pay. They have my bank account number and routing number along with the debit card that goes to that account. I called Daily Pay and was told the deposit was made to the other debit card, not my account number.
They deposited my money in someone else's account without my approval!
Do not use Daily Pay! There have been other issues, too numerous to name here!
- Charge a fee for every deposit you transfer
