Daily Pay stole $700 from me and are lying about it
They stole $700 from me my last paycheck. They wont show me record of me risking out money because I didnt. Only paid me $100 for working 37.5 hours 17.50 an hour they will lie and say you took out money when you didnt

I had to change my phone number and it was a whole process. Unfortunately tyhey vcant just change my number without verifying my identity so i had to jump through so many hoop and send 3 documents in to change this information when my number changed.
Its good for the protection of your acct but frustraaating when you know its you and you just want your money...
nut id rather my acct safe and secure!!!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
The only way this company seems to care is when you get out of character with them. Thats a shame, we work hard for our funds but they update it when THEY want to update it which is some BULL!!
When you actually need the funds they arent available, when you dont need it, boom magic!
Im done with this company! They need to shut down immediately!

Old phone is broke

To get help with my account
I haven't been able to get into my daily pay acc on march14th 2024 I had this very same thing happened to me except it went into about a week in a half or two weeks before I could get back into it my ticket # was 881**** yesterday I sent copy of my last pay stub and a copy of my ID witch u said u received my full name is Janice Leanne Webster my phone # is 660366**** or 660460**** my email is jleanneweb@***.com birth day 09 28 1962 and the last 4 of my SSI 4650 the last 4 # of my Debit card is 0846 I don't know what's going on but I am very upset please help thank you janice
I requested money to be deposited into my checking account
My money was sent to a bank in Oklahoma to an account I didnt open and have no way to access it. Im tired of talking to people in South Africa and not being able to contact someone in the USA.
I want my money transferred back into my account.
The bank has no information on my even having an account with them. Please reply.

I lost my phone and got a new phone and can't login to my account and can't get my money to get my truck fixed and then yesterday I was told that they were going to charge my phone number so I would able to log in and today there telling me I need a paycheck stub and id but I don't get a physical paycheck stub so how do you access your account without your phone number to transfer your funds to your Friday card this is not right why can't you access your account with just your email I was told that I would be able to access my money the same day I got paid

company will purposely overpay you to hold your paycheck that you will never see. Extremely foul company.

I've been trying to get my daily pay activated on my account and i have my i.d on my phone
It's still not activated can you please activate it I've been trying since January and it still isn't working

Change my cell number
I had to change my cell phone number because I had my old cell phone number on there so I had to change it so I called and they help me with it and I was really satisfied with it and they answered all my questions and they were very helpful and went step by step with me and they told me when the money is going to be available
Need to reset my phone number
I don't have my old phone it broke and I need sum funds an it won't let me get in to my account thanks

Garbage. Stole money out my daughters check.
She canceled the account and some one from her job reopened it and started back taking money back out her check. Reported fraud and its been a month without anyone contacting her. When call every day for an update, I get hung up on.
And they are still taking money from her every pay period after closing the account again. Lastly, the investigator on the case Travis never answers or return calls.

I can hear your screams already when someone hacks your account by an honor system information changing system. If your method was acceptable, anyone could just call and cancel your electric service, gas, water, mail delivery, bank statements, while making purchases and establishing obligations under your name ; just about anything and everything needed to ruin your status quo and throw a serious monkey wrench into your life. You changed phone numbers ; it is your obligation to provide proof to those who have entered into contractual relationships with you.
